Our Healow Patient Portal (code ECHFAA) gives you 24/7 access to your health information and expert help when you need it. The portal provides a secure platform for direct information access, medical exchanges between you and our providers as well as a service request scheduler. You can also select a preferred medical to serve as your lifelong ally in healthcare.

How do I schedule a Televisit?

If you are a new patient, you can schedule an appointment via phone through calling 201.451.6300 or reaching out via our page on Google Maps. Current patients can request an appointment through Healow. 

What services can be provided during a TeleVisit?

Test results, birth control refills, COVID exposure or COVID positive consultations, referral updates, change in medication, medication refill if you have been seen by one of our providers within the last 6 months.

What do I do if I experience an issue scheduling?
